Return & Refund Policy – GaineticAI

At GaineticAI, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or tested

  • Personal care, body contact, or recovery items once opened

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards


How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

If you haven’t received your refund after processing:
